NARS (North American Risk Services) is a specialist third-party claims administrator with deep experience in commercial auto and fleet programs. They manage the full claims lifecycle — from first notice of loss through settlement.

All open claims have been transferred to NARS as of July 1, 2026. A NARS adjuster has been assigned to your claim and will reach out to you directly with their contact information.

NARS accepts claims online, by phone (1-800-315-6090), email (reportaclaim@narisk.com), fax, or mail. Visit narisk.com/report-a-claim for all filing options, or go directly to the online claim form. Have your policy number, date of loss, and a description of the incident ready before you begin.

For open claims, you'll receive a call from a NARS adjuster. For new claims submitted on or after July 1, 2026, all communication will come from NARS.

No. This change only affects who administers and processes your claims. Your coverage, policy terms, and relationship with Addify remain exactly the same. Only the claims-handling entity has changed.
